* Enter your contact details on the next page. Please recheck your e-mail address.

* Check the products in the shopping cart and delivery address.

* When you have verified the order please choose suitable delivery method.

* There will be an automatic order confirmation sent to your e-mail.

* Please make the transfer to our bank account after you have received the order confirmation.

* The products will be shipped out on the next business day after we have received your payment.

3. Delivery

We offer deliver by Estonian Post registrated mail and DPD courier (door to door delivery). More information:

Products will be delivered during 5 business days after we have received the payment. Beadshop will contact the customer in case there is a delay in the delivery process.

Returing products

Accoring to Law of Obligations § 49, paragraph 1 all customers are able to return purchased goods. In case products are not used and not damaged we will return to the product cost to the same bank account the payment was made during 7 business days after receiving the products back.

NB! Shipping cost is non-refundable. Returned products are sent back at the expense of the buyer.
